Palletizing

EOAT Bag Gripper
This innovative gripper uses stainless steel fingers for both strength and their ability to withstand harsh manufacturing environments. Decking plates independent from gripper fingers align bag on EOAT for precise placement on release. This product can be equipped with available slip sheet and pallet hook options (as shown in the video).

( 6-Axis & Cartesian EOAT)

Dual use EOAT with box placement and pallet handling. One EOAT for two functions.

Plastics Injection Molding

Custom Tooling - Injection Molding End-of-Arm Tooling
By automating this molding process with a custom end-of-arm tool, this injection molder received multiple benefits, including reduced cycle times, consistent parts, reduced personnel costs, and less scrap and non-conforming parts.
Degating

Automation Cell
Featuring programmable end-of-arm tooling, six-axis robot and automatic tool change system, spherical gripper, and multiple degating formats. The programmable EOAT can be easily programmed to automatically relocate four separate component holders within the cycle of the robot, and can be programmed for up to 28 separate locations.

Punch Press Degater
Punch presses are used when the cutting vestige requirements are critical and range between 0.003 and 0.010 in. The >SAS< Punch Press can be operated manually or automatically and can be integrated to the robot or press. Punch press degaters uniquely provide a preferred "flush" cut.
Multi-Function EOAT

Programmable EOAT
Getting more out of your robot directly relates to having end-of-arm tooling that can handle multi-functions with parts of different shapes and weights. Our patented programmable EOAT saves time and money by eliminating the need for multiple tools and tool changes.

Capture EOAT
This end-of-arm tool captures small parts in the compartment, then traps them with a door for transport and delivery to other locations.
In-Mold Labeling

IML System Application
Insert mold labeling with the >SAS< patented cost-effective system. Material applications include metal, cloth, and vinyl.
